Kate Lee created the company in 1994.
Since then we have provided training courses for a wide variety of businesses
in both the public and private sector throughout the UK.
We are also respected training
providers within the broadcasting industry.
Our reputation is founded on our expertise
and ability to develop and coach others to become excellent
communicators.
How we work
We devise our training to suit
individual client's needs. We will consult with you to secure a clear
understanding of your training needs and then go to create a programme which
will be suitable for the participants. Our administrative base is in the East
Midlands, but our work takes place throughout the UK.

The people . .
 Kate
Lee Kate studied speech and drama at New College London. She went on
to enjoy a successful career as an actress in theatre and television and was a
familiar voice on Radio 4 for many years.
Her interest in spoken
communication inspired her to develop skills as a trainer and eventually to
create Kate Lee Communications. She is now a recognised expert of communication
and is often invited to speak on the subject at conferences and in the media.
 Brian
Southwood
Brian writes scripts for business leaders and coaches presenters.
A theatre background has given him an innate understanding
of what an audience needs and wants. He knows how to write
for the spoken word and he has an exceptional talent for humour
(when appropriate of course!) Brian has a wealth of experience
as an actor/writer and still enjoys a busy career in theatre,
radio and television as well as writing and editing scripts.
